Support that flexes around your family
As a postnatal doula, I offer calm, discreet and deeply personalised support to help you navigate the early weeks after birth with confidence, rest, and reassurance. Every family is different, and my support is always tailored to your needs, your rhythm, and your home.
2-hour antenatal visit + 12 hours of home support (for example 4 visits of 3 hours, or fewer, longer days).
Choose Starter2-hour antenatal visit + 18 hours of home support (for example 6 visits of 3 hours, or fewer, longer days).
Choose Standard2-hour antenatal visit + 27 hours of home support (for example 9 visits of 3 hours, or fewer, longer days).
Choose Full SupportHow you spread your hours is entirely up to you. Additional hours: £40 / hr, and hours can be topped up at any time if needed.
I am based in East London and cover the surrounding areas with no additional charge. For visits within Zone 1, a travel supplement of £10 per visit applies. This will always be confirmed with you before booking.
Antenatal visit included
Every package begins with a relaxed 2-hour visit before your baby arrives. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, talk through your needs and answer any questions. It's also a chance for you to show me around your home and kitchen, so that when I arrive after the birth I already know my way around and can slot quietly into your routine.
3-hour minimum sessions
Each home session lasts a minimum of 3 hours. If you'd like me to stay longer, even a full day, we can easily adapt to what works for your family.
Flexible hours
Need more time? Additional hours can be added on at £40 / hr.
Need support urgently?
Perhaps your circumstances changed, or you simply didn't know a postnatal doula existed until now. Support without an antenatal visit is available for families who need help quickly, within 48 hours of booking and subject to availability.
Payment
How it works
50% is due at booking, with the balance due one week before your due date.
A clear cancellation policy will be talked through during your discovery call.
