Postnatal Support

Ease, calm and practical help for your days at home

Every visit is shaped around what you need that day. There's no fixed formula for postpartum recovery: some days you may need practical help, other days you may simply need space, reassurance, or rest.

You deserve to feel rested, honoured, heard, nourished and never judged. That is what I am here for.

What I don't do

While I bring extensive healthcare experience, I do not provide medical care or clinical advice in my role as a doula. I will always encourage and support you to seek guidance from your midwife, health visitor, or GP when needed. My role is to offer emotional grounding, practical help, and continuity of support at home.

Working With Me

Working towards full Doula UK recognition

I trained as a postnatal doula with Younique Postnatal, the only Doula UK accredited provider that focuses solely on postnatal care. I'm now building my practice as a mentored doula, working towards full Doula UK recognition. It means the care you get is backed by proper training and by the ongoing guidance of an experienced mentor, so there is always someone established behind me.

Language Support

In English and in French

I offer full postnatal support in both English and French, allowing French-speaking families in London to feel fully understood, supported, and at ease during this transition.
